M2 Mobiili offers a practical solution for capturing receipts and collecting driving data via GPS, which can then be seamlessly transmitted for processing within the M2 web service or used to generate mileage-based billing directly through the mobile application.

The platform enables convenient management of expenses and purchases, receipts included, accessible anywhere. Users can submit these transactions for approval directly within M2 Mobiili. For those responsible for invoice or plan approvals, this feature facilitates approval processes on the go, with the additional option to utilize the M2 Blue interface through the mobile platform if needed.

Access to M2 Mobiili requires personal credentials for the M2 SaaS service and that your organization has enabled mobile functionalities. Certain features within M2 Mobiili are optional and can be configured on a client-by-client basis (enabled or disabled). The user guide for M2 Mobiili is available for download from the M2 browser interface under the instructions menu.
